Yes. This is based on personal experience. In fact, pretty much all of these comics are based on reality in one way or another. Incidentally, this is the last strip for 2009. There’s more to come in January next year. Merry Christmas.

I was crammed into a small corner of the room when I first moved in. I had to hang my clothes above me, which gave me the idea for putting Bob in the closet.
